Military H1 Hummer double bead-lock wheels are the most effective way to keep your tires on the rim. Conventional bead locks only lock the outside bead allowing the inside bead to be be removed at the most inopportune times. Hummer Bead-locks are a two piece design with either 8 or 12 bolts keeping the two halves together. These to haves sandwich a magnesium or a rubber 'run flat' between the inner tire beads against the lip of the rims capturing them and making a bead lock. This style of bead lock is truly the only DOT approved design allowed on the road way.
