Magnesium Runflats. Aka “Mag” runflats

Mag run flats were designed to go inside of the humvee tire and allow the humvee to take a bullet at war and drive out of combat. Mag runflats are easier to install that rubber run flats as they bolt together. It is common practice for people to cut the profile off of these on a band saw. At that point you are left with the insert that goes inside the tire to make the wheel a double bead lock but you do not have the profile (after cutting them down). Unlike the PVC inserts you can not air down with these in stock form you will run on the run flat and tear up your tires.
